Workshop cabinets from the HSW04 and HSW05 series are basic equipment for workshops and assembly stations. They ensure safe and orderly tool storage. They can also serve as a stable worktop. A wide range of products allows you to select a cabinet to suit your individual needs.

Product description:

The upper surface of the cabinet is fitted as standard with a plastic cover with raised edges to prevent small objects from falling.
Optionally, worktop made of 15 mm thick hardwood plywood can be mounted: painted, covered with oil-resistant patterned, riffled rubber, oil-resistant smooth rubber, galvanised sheet steel, stainless sheet steel or PVC lining.
Perforations on the sides of the cabinet for attaching accessories (tool hooks, drop-down shelf, raised edge shelf, document pocket, paper towel holder, etc.).
Cabinets can be fitted with superstructures with perforated boards for hanging tools and containers for small parts.
Standard cabinets equipped with feet for easy levelling and fixing to the floor.
Drawer locking:
standard - central lock - locking all at once.
optional - central locking system for opening a single drawer; another drawer can only be pulled out after the previous one has been closed.
The system ensures safety in use, preventing the centre of gravity from shifting and tipping the entire cabinet (option at extra charge).
Each locker with drawers provided with one small item holder and plastic organiser free of charge. Drawer divider sets, damping mats are also available for an extra charge.

body: made of 1 mm sheet steel, powder-coated,
drawers: 0.8 mm thick sheet steel, drawer slots made of galvanised sheet steel,
drawers mounted on ball bearing runners, extension (90%), maximum load: 70 kg
maximum load on the cabinets: 400 kg,
maximum load on the worktop:
- HSW04 cabinets: 100 kg,
- HSW05 cabinets: 150 kg.

Two types of locking to choose from:

(1) standard central locking system for all drawers,
(2) Optional central locking system for opening a single drawer – another drawer can only be pulled out after the previous one has been closed. The system ensures safety in use, preventing the centre of gravity from shifting and tipping the entire cabinet (option at extra charge).
